This online Back to You session is for women only.
It's a space for you to step out of autopilot, chaos, or emptiness, and reconnect with yourself.
This light group somatic session guides you out of your head, out of the constant mental noise and external demands, and back into your body, back to you...
Where things are actually happening and needed.
This space is for you if you've been:
- stuck in your head or overthinking
- disconnected from your body or emotions
- holding a lot without space to process or express it
- feeling flat, tense, wired, or slightly off but not sure why
- constantly “on” or unable to switch off
- going through the motions rather than actually feeling present
- sensing something isn’t quite right, but not knowing what or how to access it
- craving intensity or stimulation, or finding yourself reaching for things to feel something
- wanting to feel more clear, present, balanced, or like yourself again
What To Expect
✵ We'll move through a mix of somatic practices. Including embodied inquiry, movement, breathing, and mindfulness.
✵ You’re guided throughout, but everything is invitational. You move and engage in a way that works for you, there is no right or wrong.
✵ A small, intimate group of women, all on their own journey of healing, self discovery, and growth. Here you will find safety, connection and co-regulation, with lovely humans.
✵ A little reflection & journaling.
✵ Permission to be together in whatever is present.
✵ You may laugh, cry, speak, be silent, feel a lot, feel a little.
What you’ll leave with tends to be simple, but meaningful.

More space and relief within your body and mind.
If you’ve been needing space but pushing through instead of taking it, or not feeling fully 'here' connected to yourself - this is a place to interrupt that.

Location
We gather online via Zoom.
If you book directly with me, I email you the Zoom meeting link in a confirmation email, once I have received payment for your ticket.
If you book via Eventbrite the link will be in your confirmation ticket email from Eventbrite.
How to prepare
Find a quiet, comfortable, private, and if possible soothing/peaceful, area in your home or in nature to situate yourself. A space you won't be disturbed. Ideally a space you can feel some nourishing ambience around you that helps you pleasantly connect to your senses (e.g. with dim lighting, cushions, a blanket and any items that bring you joy, support, and inspiration.
Somewhere your internet connection remains as good as possible.
Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in.
Have some water and even a snack with you in case you need it.
Bring a journal/piece of paper and a pen.
