GROUP
SOMATIC SESSIONS
Back to You
I facilitate group somatic sessions, to help you reconnect with your body, with yourself, and with others. We are human beings, and these group sessions — as with all my work — make space for and honour your humanness and your wholeness.
These sessions are called Back to You.
My groups are for all ages and genders, unless specified for men or women only.
They take place in-person in nourishing outdoor spaces in London and around the UK, as well as online.
CURRENT
Back to You
At the moment I am running my Back to You group sessions in two locations.
One is held in Lesnes Abbey Woodlands. The other online via Zoom.
These two are both for women only.
Mixed gender group sessions coming soon!

WHAT MAKES YOUR
GROUP SESSIONS
Special?
Facilitated by a Trauma-Informed Somatic & Cognitive Coach
I bring deep coaching presence and attunement. These spaces are held with quiet precision, and gentle guidance for somatic inquiry, group reflection and heartfelt sharing . I hold space for your nervous system, for real human emotion, and for what's often unspoken. One of the biggest parts of my role here is to anchor the space with safety, steadiness, compassion, and clarity, so you can engage and connect as deeply or as gently as your system allows.
Lived Experience
I'm a fellow human being. Yes my education, training and coach brain are a part of me and what I bring. And so are my life experiences, the wins and the battles. They support me in seeing and relating and holding in ways that only someone who has been through certain things could.
Somatic & Embodied
These group sessions are not just emotional or mental, they don't live in the head. We make contact with the whole soma. Body and mind. Movement, breath, sound, sensation, and touch are welcome... and often lead the way... Listening, feeling and attuning to what's alive in your body.
A Space for Presence & Honouring Your Timing
You don't have to speak or open if you don't want to. When someone does, they are met not managed. Witnessed not fixed. Heard, without judgement. There is no push towards transformation, but when the body is met with kindness, safety and presence, something always begins to shift. Even in stillness.
Guided by Theme, Rooted in Being
Each group session orients around a central thoughtful theme or line of inquiry, something tender, real and relevant to the human experience. These aren't structured like intensive workshops.
Instead they offer a soft arc of reflection and embodied exploration, inviting you to connect to and ground in your own truth, while in connection with others.
Real Connection, Rooted in Safety.
Many of us long to feel safe and embodied with self, and with others again. To trust ourselves in connection. These group experiences foster voice and expression, and support building relational safety, slowly and tenderly. With choice, respect, and care at every turn. They are a place to soften your guard, to hear and be heard, to be fully human, and to experience that being together can feel safe again.
A NOTE ON
Depth & Scope
While these group sessions can bring deep insight and connection, they are not a replacement for somatic coaching, somatic therapy, traditional psychotherapy, or other long-term healing containers — where deep-dive somatic, emotional, cognitive and trauma work takes place.
The groups sessions are more like a drop-in return to the present moment, with others.
In group, we may name patterns, parts of ourselves, and tendencies when sharing our reflections.
We may notice how we hold back, avoid, go towards and come alive.
But we are not working directly on those patterns.
